Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute between you and My New Stores, Inc. related to these Terms, the Site, or products purchased through it will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will occur on an individual basis only; class actions and jury trials are waived. Before arbitration, you must notify us in writing at service@usaoutdoorfurniture.com with details of your claim, and we will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 60 days. Small claims court actions and intellectual property disputes are exempt from arbitration.

Venue: If a dispute proceeds in court (e.g., for small claims or injunctions), you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

Miscellaneous
